hi , i had shingles about a month ago my dr put me on valtrex to make them go away but they never fully went away (left side of face close to my eye) now i have them on both sides of my face and even under my eyes . my eyes are burning really bad and it hurts behind my eyes and they are itching uncontrolably i’va called my dr 2 times in the last 4 days 3 days ago he put me back on valtrex 1 gram last night he put me on lyrica 75mg for the pain but i’m still concerned about them getting in my eyes !!!! my dr don’t seem to be worried about it cause i’ve let him know about the shingles trying to get in my eyes 2 times in the last 4 days i’ve also since yesterday morning developed a blistery rash all over my body could shingles have gotten in my blood stream? am i panicking too much or am i right for being so scared and concerned someone please help

is there an urgent care clinic near you? If so I would go into it. You may need a cortosteroid or an antibiotic.
