These are plant produced pigments that have been found to have anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, antiviral, Anti-cancer and antioxidant activity. They help increase the rate at which vitamin C is absorbed in the body and how efficiently it is utilised and are often used in combination with it.
